Germán Huarte

Germán Huarte is an experienced Continuous Improvement professional with extensive expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Since June 2016, Germán has served as the Corporate Continuous Improvement Coordinator at VISCOFAN S.A. Prior to this role, Germán worked as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Estampaciones Arsan S.L. and Cork University Hospital, where significant improvements and cost savings were achieved through data analysis and process mapping. Previous positions include Lean & Six Sigma Manufacturing Engineer at J.F. WALSH PACKAGING LTD and Lean Engineer at TI Automotive, where Germán implemented various Lean tools and methodologies. Germán holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Renewable Energies and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by certifications in Lean & Six Sigma from Munster Technological University.
