Franchesca McDonough-Plasso has four years of work experience, beginning in 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager at Supplement Rx, where they generated B2B sales through the creation of an auto ship program, oversaw personal trainer led sales initiatives, and developed marketing campaigns. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Specialist at Legacy Group Enterprises, where they generated an average of eight sales a week, continuously doubled the weekly quota of three sales a week, and trained and retrained new and existing employees.
