Janet Morrison Clarke

Janet Morrison Clarke is the current director at Vishay Precision Group. Janet has also served on the advisory board for Houlihan Lokey from January 2012 to December 2016. In their previous role as director for Cox Enterprises, they chaired the company's compensation committee. From April 2005 to April 2015, they were a director for Asbury Automotive Group, and they chaired the compensation committee during their tenure. Clarke also served as a director for Gateway from March 2005 to December 2007, during which time the company was sold to Acer. From September 2002 to June 2003, they were the chief marketing officer and investor for Dealertrack Technologies. Clarke was also a director for ExpressJet Airlines from January 2002 to November 2010, and they chaired the compensation committee during that time. The company was sold to SkyWest in 2010. Clarke has also held positions as EVP Database Marketing/ Chair & CEO KnowledgeBase Mktg for Young & Rubicam from January 2000 to December 2001 and Citigroup from April 1997 to January 2001. Janet is the founder of Clarke Littlefield LLC.

After completing their undergraduate degree in architecture at Princeton University, Janet Morrison Clarke attended Harvard Business School to earn their AMP.
