Federico Panicco

Federico Panicco is a Device Development Senior Engineer at Vishay Semiconductor Italiana S.p.A., where they focus on Silicon Carbide Devices and advanced packaging technologies. Previously, they held roles as a Research Assistant at Grenoble INP IMEP-LAHC and IBM, conducting simulations for solar cells and characterizing devices for neuromorphic networks. Federico has completed a PhD at Politecnico di Torino and holds multiple degrees in Micro and Nano Technologies for Integrated Systems, including a Master’s from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and a Laurea Magistrale in Nanotechnology. They have also worked as a Cloud Infrastructure Analyst at Accenture and served as a student tutor in calculus.
