Rajasekhar Kandepu has a strong background in HR and corporate strategy, with experience in leadership coaching and alumni relations. Currently, serving as a Strategy Adviser and Leadership Coach at Power Mech Projects Limited and as Senior Vice President-HR & Corporate Affairs at Vishnu Chemicals Limited. Prior to this, Rajasekhar held roles such as Head of HR at Oman Shapoorji Company LLC and Dy. General Manager - HR at L&T Realty. Additionally, Rajasekhar has a Research Project on Internationalization from ISB-HCI.
