Jonas Carlsson

Jonas Carlsson has over 20 years of professional work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Team Lead/Agile Coach for Visiba Care. Prior to that, they were employed at Nethouse from 2011 to 2020, where they held multiple roles including Service Manager, Service Operations Manager, Team Leader/Agile Coach Infrastructure, Team Leader/Agile coach/Project Manager System Development, and System Developer. Before that, they were employed at Transcom from 1999 to 2011, where they held roles such as Business Analyst/System developer, Project manager, Technical Project Team/ULL Team, Product specialist, and Second line agent.

Jonas Carlsson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Örebro University between 1999 and 2003. In 2012, they were awarded a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. Two years later, in 2014, they were awarded an IPMA D certification from Svenskt Projektforum. Finally, in 2016, they were awarded an ITIL Foundation v3 certification from Informator.
