Elin Almroth

Elin Almroth currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Visiba Care, where a strong focus is placed on operational efficiency and high-performance culture. With extensive experience at Visiba, including roles as Chief People Officer and Head of People and Culture, Elin has significantly contributed to organizational development and effectiveness. Prior experience includes serving as Chairman of the Board at Visiba Group Intressenter AB and HR roles at Maersk Line and If P&C Insurance, among others. Elin has a solid educational background in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of Gothenburg and is currently pursuing further studies at Mid Sweden University.
