Brandy's expertise lies in various platforms such as Aplia, MindTap, and CengageNOW, focusing on course management, customer support, and course personalization. Prior to Cengage Group, Brandy was a System Coordinator at E&H Integrated Systems. Brandy's educational background includes studies at Indiana Institute of Technology and Northern Kentucky University.
