Lennart Schulenburg

Lennart Schulenburg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lennart started their career at VisiConsult - X-ray Systems & Solutions GmbH in 2010 as a software developer while still in high school and university. Lennart worked part-time, developing modules for image processing software and integrating new hardware for X-ray systems.

In 2012, Schulenburg ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own marketing services company, LS Training and Consulting. Lennart focused on providing services in lifestyle and extreme sports marketing, undertaking various campaigns for global clients.

Schulenburg returned to VisiConsult in 2015, taking on the role of Sales and Marketing Manager. During this time, they built the company's international representative structure and established exclusive partnerships in industrialized countries worldwide.

In 2016, Schulenburg was promoted to Head of Sales and Marketing, responsible for international sales, channel management, business development, and global marketing. Lennart represented VisiConsult in global committees and introduced new market trends to the R&D team.

Schulenburg continued to grow within VisiConsult, becoming the Commercial Director in 2019. Lennart took charge of all commercial activities, including administration, finance, sales, marketing, project management, and strategic development. Additionally, they served as the General Manager of the Americas subsidiary and led global business development efforts.

In 2020, Schulenburg assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, sharing executive leadership responsibilities with the company founder as part of a generational transfer process. Lennart provided stability and reliability to customers, employees, and partners in the X-ray systems and solutions industry.

Presently, Schulenburg holds positions outside of VisiConsult as well. Lennart joined SCHAUENBURG International GmbH in 2022 as a Member of the Board of Directors, focusing on automation, digitization, transformation, and industrial manufacturing. Lennart also serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Basler AG, providing advisory and supervisory support in the areas of corporate culture, technology, digital transformation, and innovation strategy.

Lennart Schulenburg's education history begins with their Bachelor of Science degree in Computational Informatics, which they obtained from Hamburg University of Technology from 2011 to 2014.

Lennart further expanded their knowledge by pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management from ESMT Berlin from 2018 to 2020.

To enhance their expertise in organizational leadership, Schulenburg attended Interfin Forum from 2021 to 2022, where they earned a degree as a Qualified Supervisory Board Member (QAIF) and Financial Expert (FAIF).

In addition to their formal education, Schulenburg has obtained several certifications to supplement their knowledge and skills. These include becoming a Qualified Financial Expert from Deutsche Börse in March 2022 and earning a Sustainability Manager certification (TÜV certified) from TÜV NORD CERT in March 2022.

Lennart has also achieved the title of Qualified Supervisory Board Member from Deutsche Börse in July 2021. Schulenburg has gained expertise in German Customs Law and Regulations from the Industrie- und Handelskammer (Chambers of Commerce & Industry) in May 2021, as well as Export Control and Compliance (BAFA) from the same institution in August 2020.

Furthermore, Schulenburg holds a Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) Certificate from Bloomberg LP, obtained in May 2020.

Lastly, they completed a Digital Transformation Executive Training program from IE Business School in 2019.
