Erika Scobel, MS, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Erika is currently the Director of Human Resources at Visio Lending, a role they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Visio Lending from December 2019 to December 2021. Before joining Visio Lending, Erika worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at the same company from July 2019 to December 2019.

In 2019, Erika briefly worked at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department as a Business Analyst/HR Specialist from April 2019 to July 2019. Before that, they were a Human Resources Generalist at CoreFirst Bank & Trust, where they worked from September 2018 to April 2019.

Erika also gained experience as a Lending Consultant at Citi from May 2006 to April 2007 and as a Loan Underwriter at New South Federal Savings Bank from October 2003 to May 2006.

Throughout their career, Erika has acquired a strong background in human resources, gaining expertise in various roles and industries. Erika holds a Master's degree and professional certifications in PHR and SHRM-CP.

Erika Scobel holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Angelo State University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at the same university from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their education, Scobel has obtained various certifications in their field. In September 2015, they became a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. Erika also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2015.
