Jaclyn Calovine

Jaclyn Calovine is an experienced professional in the fields of people and culture, talent operations, and equity investigations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of People & Culture and previously holding the positions of Director of Talent Operations and DEI & Learning Manager at WHOOP, Jaclyn has also worked in various roles at Berklee College of Music as Deputy for Equity Investigations and at Babson College, where roles included Director, Associate Director, and Assistant Director of Community Standards. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Roger Williams University and a Master of Arts in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut.
