John Paterson

John Paterson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Audit, Finance & Risk Committee at Vision Australia since December 2019, John also operates as a consultant and fractional CFO at Arkles Consulting. Previous fractional CFO roles include positions at MicroTau, Escavox, and CFO Centre Australia. John held significant leadership positions at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand as CFO and was part of the Executive Organising Committee for the World Congress of Accountants 2018. John’s prior experience includes strategic financial leadership at Standard Chartered and RBS, overseeing operations in the Americas and Asia Pacific. John is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and has completed the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, complemented by a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting and Finance from The University of Waikato.
