Liz Duus

Liz Duus is an experienced professional in client insights, project coordination, and administrative support. Currently serving as the Client Insights and Research Lead at Vision Australia since January 2019, Liz focuses on developing customer insights to enhance service design and customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Vision Australia included Project Officer and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer. Liz has also worked as a Project Coordinator at Terry White Management, an Executive Personal Assistant at HASSELL, and held research positions at Queensland University of Technology and Griffith University. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Sociology and Anthropology from Griffith University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Queensland University of Technology, and a PRINCE2 Certificate in Project Management from The Chartered Institute for IT.
