Chantal Mercier, MBA, CRHA

Chantal Mercier, MBA, CRHA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Vision Group Canada since March 2019, overseeing a network of over 40 leading vision correction clinics. Previously, Chantal held the role of Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at LASIK MD since May 2002, contributing to its status as a premier provider of laser vision correction in Canada. Earlier experience includes serving as Co-Executive Vice President at Refresh MD, which specializes in medical aesthetics, as well as various roles at Scotia Bank, where Chantal worked as a Staff Development Officer. Chantal's academic background includes two Executive MBAs from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management/Human Resources from HEC Montréal.
