David Kenneth Mafabi

Mr. David Kenneth Mafabi was nominated by the majority shareholders-Ministry of Finance to serve on the Board. Mr Mafabi holds a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in Political Science and Public Administration/Literature in English from Makerere University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Political Economy/National Economic Management from the Academy of Social Sciences and Management in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is an expert on contemporary global issues, regional integration and regional security with a career spanning over 37 years. He is currently serving as senior Presidential Advisor/special duties at State House.
