Tonya Brown

Tonya Brown has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Tonya started their career in 2009 as a Front Desk Agent at Embassy Suites, where they later became a Front Office Manager and then a Front Office Supervisor. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Front Office Manager at Doubletree Hotel. From 2013 to 2017, Tonya worked at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. in various roles, including Dual Sales Coordinator, Guest Service Representative, and Front Office Manager. During this time, they also worked as a Sales Coordinator at Explore Gwinnett (Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau) in 2017. Tonya joined Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. in 2018 as a Customer Care Representative, where they provided customer service for Carnival Cruise Lines. Currently, they are working at Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. as a Dual Sales Manager and will soon transition into the role of Director of Sales. Tonya has a strong background in sales, customer service, and front office operations in the hospitality industry.

Tonya Brown attended Eleanor Roosevelt High School from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a diploma. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Gwinnett Certified Tourism Specialist from Explore Gwinnett (Gwinnett Convention and Visitors Bureau) in November 2015.
