Kerry Gooch-Paraschak

Kerry Gooch-Paraschak is currently the CCO at Vision Innovation Partners. Prior to that, they were the Compliance Officer, EMR Director, and HIPAA Privacy Officer and Security Officer at Chesapeake Eye Care and Laser Center from September 2010 to July 2017. Kerry was also the Clinical IT Coordinator, OSHA Representative, Coding and Billing Compliance Officer, Meaningful Use Coordinator, PQRS Coordinator, and ICD-10 implementation team lead. In addition, Kerry was the MIPS Quality Improvement Team Lead and OIG Compliance Officer. Before Chesapeake Eye Care and Laser Center, Kerry worked as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant at Eye Surgeons Associates, P.C. from May 2005 to May 2010 where they assisted physicians with patient care, procedure preparation, coding selection, and charge entry. Kerry also revamped infection control protocols for instrument cleaning on minor procedures.

They are on a team with Rosemary Free - CFO, Duane Sheldon - Director of Revenue Cycle, and Cindy Beres - Director of Integration. and Andrea Brager - Compliance Director reports to Kerry Gooch-Paraschak. Their manager is Michael Dunn, CEO.
