Matt Ellies

Matt Ellies is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Healthcare Integration at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada since January 2021, Matt oversees a team of Occupational Therapists in British Columbia and spearheads innovative, client-centered programs, including the Rapid Response Program and Falls Prevention Program. Previously, Matt worked as an Occupational Therapist at INFINITY HEALTH LIMITED, focusing on rehabilitation for clients involved in motor vehicle accidents, and held roles at the YMCA of Oakville, where responsibilities included behavioral management and leadership development in camp settings. Matt holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
