Phil Pace

Phil Pace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Phil started their career at iSTORM New Media as a Project Manager from an unknown start date to 2010. From 2010 to 2013, Phil worked as a Program Manager at Pace Consulting Group. In 2014, they joined CBI Health Group as a Manager of Business Development and Analysis until 2017, and then transitioned to the role of Manager, Partnerships and Customer Solutions from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Phil is the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Risk Management at Vision Loss Rehabilitation Canada, starting in 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing and maintaining strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, funders, and other stakeholders, as well as supporting the development of new business and innovation initiatives.

Phil Pace received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Trent University in 1999. Phil then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Wollongong, completing it in 2003. Prior to their university education, Phil attended Grand River Collegiate Institute.
