Dan Rathe

Dan Rathe is currently serving as the Director of E-Motion Integration at Vision Marine Technologies. Prior to this role, Dan worked at Spear Power Systems from January 2018 to August 2023, holding various titles such as Global Service Manager, North American Service Manager, and Assembly Lead + Field Service. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Missouri State University in May 2011.
