Beatriz Menegusso

Beatriz Menegusso serves as the Head of Human Resources at Vision One since January 2024, bringing extensive HR leadership experience from Danone, where from November 2007 to July 2022, Beatriz held various senior roles including Human Resources Director, overseeing HR Business Services for three business units, and managing a team of 65. Responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, development, inclusive diversity initiatives, compensation and benefits, payroll, health and safety, and labor relations. Beatriz also served as a senior HRBP for different sectors and had international experience in Argentina's Waters division, focusing on strategic OD initiatives and change management. Beatriz holds an MBA in Internal Control and an MBA in Human Resources, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
