Leandro Pinheiro Domingues

Leandro Pinheiro Domingues has extensive work experience in finance, management, and data protection. Leandro is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Data Protection Officer (DPO), and Shared Service Center Officer at Vision One, a leading eyecare group in Brazil. In this role, they are responsible for the structuring and management of backoffice departments.

Prior to their current position, Leandro held various roles at Vision One, including CFO and Data Protection Officer. Leandro also worked as the Finance Director at Vision One, where they played a crucial role in the company's financial operations.

Leandro has also held significant positions outside of Vision One. Leandro served as the Vice President of the Finance Committee at Amcham-Brasil and was a member of the Estratégico de Finanças Committee.

Before joining Vision One and Amcham-Brasil, Leandro worked at Estapar as a Controller. Leandro was responsible for managing various areas including tax, accounting, procurement, supply chain, and treasury. During their time at Estapar, they helped the company debut in the capital market with an initial public offering of over R$340 million.

Leandro has also worked at Ernst & Young LLC, where they served as a Senior Manager. In this role, they coordinated IPOs and subsequent offers for companies in the construction, real estate, services, and retail sectors.
