Kevin O'Brien

Kevin O'Brien has extensive experience in local government and project management, currently serving as a Parish Councillor for Hullbridge Parish Council since June 2021 and as a Project Manager for Vision - Redbridge Culture & Leisure since September 2019, focusing on small facility-based projects. Previously, Kevin served as the Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer for Buckhurst Hill Parish Council for seven years, overseeing daily operations and ensuring legal compliance. As a semi-retired Parish Clerk in 2019, Kevin transitioned from a long tenure at the London Borough of Redbridge, where significant roles included Assistant Projects Manager and Capital Projects & Monitoring Manager, managing large-scale construction schemes and advising on capital programs. Kevin holds a BSc(Econ) Hons in Geography with Economics from Queen Mary University of London and completed earlier education at the City of London School.
