Steve Stark

Steve has over 33 years of EPC execution experience in multiple business sectors including Oil & Gas, Energy (Gas Gen, Coal and Renewables) and Telecommunications. He has overseen and managed projects of varying sizes in multiple contracting and execution models, most recently as VP, Project Director for Black & Veatch, Inc. He previously held project management and project control positions with Fluor Corp. Steve is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering Technology.
