Product Owner at Vision RT Ltd

Glendale Leon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2002, they began working as a Radiation Therapist at the University Health Network and later moved on to become a Therapeutic Radiographer at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in 2004. In 2006, they became a Senior Radiation Therapist at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital. In 2011, they joined the Auckland District Health Board as a Radiation Therapist, where they gained comprehensive clinical Radiotherapy experience. This included treatment planning, setup, and delivery expertise with various techniques and equipment. They also specialized in pediatric care and treatment techniques. In 2013, they transitioned to Elekta, first serving as a Clinical Product Specialist, and then as a Product Manager, where they focused on managing and developing various products. In 2017, they joined Vision RT Ltd as a Product Owner. They then became a Product Owner at Demant's technology centre from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, in 2020, they worked as a Product Manager at 3C-Medical Technologies GmbH until March 2022.

Glendale Leon attended the University of Toronto from 1997 to 2002. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiation Sciences with a field of study in Radiation Therapy. In May 2018, Glendale obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from agil8. In February 2014, they received the Medical Device Usability certification from BERGO. Additionally, Glendale has plans to obtain the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2022.
