Gordon Headley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gordon began their career in 1995 as a Well Operations Manager at VICO Indonesia. Gordon then moved on to LASMO plc, where they served as Head of HR and Performance from 1997-2001. Gordon Headley has a diverse education history. Gordon obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Continuing their education, Gordon pursued an executive coaching certification at Coach U in 1989 and 1990, specializing in Executive Coaching. Later, they enrolled at the Institution of Mining and Metallurgy in an unspecified time, achieving their Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) qualification. Gordon further expanded their knowledge by completing an MBA in Business Finance through distance learning at Henley Business School from 1993 to 1997. Lastly, they obtained various CIPD qualifications until 2007, marking their dedication to continuous professional development.
