Gordon Headley

Gordon Headley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gordon began their career in 1995 as a Well Operations Manager at VICO Indonesia. Gordon then moved on to LASMO plc, where they served as Head of HR and Performance from 1997-2001. Following that, they worked at Eni as a Regional Manager of Business Development Planning in 2001-2002.

In 2002, Headley joined Wilson Bowden plc as Group HR Director, where they focused on leadership development and employee engagement. Gordon served on the Board of David Wilson Homes Ltd and was a member of the plc Executive Committee until 2007.

In 2008, Headley took on the role of Vice President HR & Chief HR Officer at Tullow Oil plc. Gordon played a crucial role in the company's growth and oversaw the creation of the People agenda and top talent recruitment. Gordon also advised the Remuneration Committee during their tenure.

Later, they enrolled at the Institution of Mining and Metallurgy in an unspecified time, achieving their Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) qualification.
