Tushar Das has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tushar has held various leadership roles in different companies. In 1991, they began their career at Johnson & Johnson as a Territory Sales Manager. From 1994 to 2015, they worked at Philips Electronics as a General Manager, where they were responsible for developing the Organized Retail strategy for Philips Lifestyle Entertainment in India. In 2016, Tushar joined Essilor India as the National Sales Head Retail for Vision Rx Lab JV, a subsidiary of Essilor of France. Tushar played a crucial role in developing the Retail Sales and Distribution strategy in India. Tushar Das completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Physical Sciences from Calcutta University in Kolkata, graduating in 1989. Tushar then went on to pursue a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management at the University of Calcutta, which they completed in 1991. In 2008, Tushar obtained a Certificate Course in Consumer Behavior from XLRI Jamshedpur. In 2011, they also completed a certificate course in Leadership Skills from Dale Carnegie Training.
