Natalie Irwin-Mitchell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and talent management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Scout Motors Inc. since May 2025, Natalie previously held the role of Sr. Director of Talent and Culture at Enpro Inc., where responsibilities included developing innovative talent strategies and enhancing organizational culture. At Nestlé, from June 2020 to August 2024, Natalie excelled as a Senior Manager in Early Careers, focusing on workforce development initiatives, and also held a position as Senior Manager of Functional Development, creating a network for implementing functional training strategies. Earlier in her career, Natalie worked at the Environmental Services Corporation, initially as a Training Specialist managing compliance training resources and then as a Technical Writer, producing documentation for various products.
