Mursaleen Ahmed, HRBP, PHRi, SHRM-CP

Mursaleen Ahmed has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Mursaleen started their career in 2002 as a Human Resources Operations Manager at AMCO APPAREL MANUFACTURING FZC, where they managed workforce planning, recruitment and selection, and developed personnel policies and procedures. Mursaleen also served as the point of contact with the company lawyers.

In 2014, Mursaleen joined Optica as a Regional Human Resources Manager. In this role, they collaborated with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, provided guidance on policies and procedures, and led performance management processes.

Since 2015, Mursaleen has been working as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Vision Valley. Here, they established and implemented HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the organization's mission and strategic vision. Vision Valley is specialized in various tech areas and partners with companies like Cisco, Oracle, and Dell.

Throughout their career, Mursaleen has demonstrated a strong ability to contribute to organizational success through HR strategies and practices that enhance employee performance and engagement.

Mursaleen Ahmed holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the Virtual University of Pakistan. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of the Punjab. In terms of additional certifications, Mursaleen obtained the Professional in Human Resources – International™ (PHRi™) certification from HRCI in September 2020 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in February 2017. Mursaleen also holds certifications in Group Exercise Leadership from Dale Carnegie Training and as an IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (QMS) from IRCA.
