Nelson Rainey

Nelson Rainey is a Composites Engineer at Vision Wheel, Inc., starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, Nelson served as a Research Assistant at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from November 2021 to January 2023 and completed an internship as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Columbia Machine Works, Inc. during the summer of 2018. Nelson's education includes a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, pursued from 2020 to 2022, along with studies at Columbia State Community College and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, contributing to a comprehensive foundation in mechanical engineering.
