With a background in office management, employee relations, and recruitment, she has developed expertise in conflict management, retention strategies, labor law, HR strategy development, and organizational development. Michaela is skilled in staff management, employee life cycle management, HR analytics, training organization, workplace health management, and HR software implementation. She has also demonstrated proficiency in coordinating events, managing budgets, compiling reports and statistics, and providing support to management teams. Throughout her career, Michaela has shown a strong commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and contributing to the overall success of the companies she has worked for.
