Eric Allen has over 20 years of experience in the residential new home construction industry. Eric currently serves as the Director of Strategy at Visionary Homes, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to that, Eric worked at Zonda from December 2018 to August 2022, where they held the position of Sr. Vice President - Advisory. At Zonda, Eric was known as a highly regarded industry expert and key note speaker, providing critical insights and customized market briefings to clients in Utah and Idaho. Before joining Zonda, Eric spent over 20 years at Metrostudy, where they served as the Regional Director for Utah and Idaho markets. During this time, they worked closely with builders, developers, and financial institutions to analyze market conditions and provide data-driven recommendations for successful projects. Prior to that, Eric worked as a Research Manager at Meyers Group and as a Market Analyst at Free and Associates, where they gained experience in data collection, market research, and advising clients on pricing and product strategies for housing projects.
Eric Allen attended Salt Lake Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a field of study in General's.
