Vikash Vijayaraj

Vikash Vijayaraj is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR functions, including onboarding, attendance and payroll management, employee engagement, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Visionet Systems Inc. since January 2021, Vikash previously held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Personiv and an HR Executive at Intelenet Global Services. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Vivekananda Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karpagam Academy of Higher Education. Vikash has also completed a Six Sigma project focused on Attendance Management and has experience supporting global employees in the HR domain.
