Claudia Wilcox

Claudia Wilcox has seven years of work experience. Claudia began their career in 2008 as a Game Advisor at GameStop. In 2011, they took on the role of Office Assistant at Bowman & Smith, PC. In 2012, they became a Jr. Business Analyst at BDF Law Group. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Media Analyst Manager and Media Analyst at Harvest Strategy Group, Inc. In 2021, they joined Youngstown State University as a Business Operations Specialist. Claudia is currently employed at Visionlink Software & Consulting as a Solutions Engineer.

Claudia Wilcox is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Education/Teaching from Eastern Gateway Community College, with an expected completion date in 2022. Claudia has previously attended Arizona Western College. Claudia has also obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: HTML Essential Training (August 2022), Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) (June 2022), Instructional Design: Adult Learners (December 2021), and Learning Video Production and Editing (June 2020).
