Phill Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development, operational collaboration, and media communications. Currently serving as Sr. Strategy Advisor at visionSynergy since January 2003, Butler focuses on enhancing partnerships among faith-based agencies in non-Western, developing countries through training and consulting. As the Founder and President of Interdev from March 1974 to June 2002, Butler specialized in providing collaboration resources and training for language-specific partnerships. Prior to these roles, Butler was a Roving/Free Lance Correspondent for ABC News from 1969 to 1988, covering significant events in Asia and Europe. Butler's early career included a management and strategy consultancy as an Independent Contractor from June 1959 to May 1985 and the founding of Intercristo, a computer-based skills inventory system, from November 1967 to December 1979. Academically, Butler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Bob Jones University, obtained between 1955 and 1958.
