Ruslan Taghiyev

Ruslan Taghiyev is an experienced professional in commercial strategy and supply chain management, currently serving as a Commercial Strategy Advisor Sr for North America Operations at Oxy since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ruslan held positions at SOFEC, Inc. as an Aftermarket Commercial Specialist and at Shell in various supply chain roles, including Supply Chain Wells RTP Focal and SAP SCM/MM Project Reconciler. Earlier experience includes serving as Supply Chain Manager at Aqua Drill International and Offshore/Wells Materials and Logistics Coordinator at BP. Ruslan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Academy of Labour and Social Relations from 2004 to 2008.
