David Helmer

David Helmer is the Chairman, CEO, and Founder of Catalytik Group, a parent company for global investments in various industries. David is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of WINGSPAN SCOUTING, an online basketball scouting platform for Africa. Additionally, David serves as a Partner and Co-Founder at Global Transact LLC, Boomerang Ventures, Coddle Creek Capital, LLC, and VisionTech Partners | VisionTech Angels. David is also the CEO and Founder of Collaborosity and the President and Co-Founder of The Center for Global Sports. Prior to their current roles, David was the Chairman and Co-Founder of Helmer Scientific. David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
