Mark Firmin

Mark Firmin has extensive experience in the B2B FinTech and SaaS sectors, currently serving as a member of VisionTech Partners and VisionTech Angels since 2021, focusing on B2B SaaS and FinTech investments. As the Chief Executive Officer of eTreem from 2022 to 2024, Mark led a mid-market payments platform acquired by BillGo, Inc. Previously, Mark held the role of President and COO at ACOM Solutions, Inc., contributing to its acquisition by Valsoft, Inc. Additional experience includes a tenure at American Express as Vice President and General Manager of B2B Payments Automation, where Mark integrated the ACOMPay platform post-acquisition. Mark's career also includes significant roles at ACOMPay, ACOM Health, and earlier positions at ACOM Solutions, where leadership in marketing, sales, and general management drove the performance of various divisions. Mark holds an MSc in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and a BA Hons in Business from Sheffield Hallam University.
