Amalia Brancart is a seasoned professional in the tourism and event management sectors with extensive experience in sales, promotion, and communication. Currently serving as a Project Expert in Leisure & MICE at visitbrussels since February 2017, Amalia specializes in co-marketing initiatives and familiarization trips. Since February 2016, Amalia has also held the position of Attachée Trade at Wallonie Bruxelles Tourisme, focusing on organizing study trips for tourism professionals. Prior to these roles, Amalia worked as an Adetto Trade at Ufficio Belga per il Turismo, promoting the Wallonie-Bruxelles destination in Italy, and has a background in press relations and reservations from a previous role at Wallonie-Bruxelles Tourisme. Amalia began a career in communication as an assistant at Petits Pas, an NGO, and holds bachelor's degrees in Law and Communication from Université libre de Bruxelles and in Tourism from HELHa.
