Christopher Shores

Christopher Shores is a seasoned editorial professional with extensive experience in copywriting, editing, and content management. Currently serving as a Senior Copy Writer at Visit California since July 2018, Christopher focuses on producing high-quality editorial content that highlights the diverse attractions of California. Prior to this role, Christopher was the Copy Chief/Senior Editor at The Foundry at Meredith, where management of a team of copy editors on various projects for prestigious clients was a primary responsibility. Christopher has also contributed as a freelance copy editor for notable publications and held editorial positions at Parade.com, AOL Time Warner, GetMusic/Universal Music Group, and BMG Columbia House. Christopher holds a BA in Political Science from Wake Forest University and has studied at Université de Bourgogne.
