Jessica Strasser

Jessica Strasser, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Resources at the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau (DMCVB), a position held since 2013, where responsibilities include aligning talent and technology resources with business priorities and leading tri-county workforce development efforts to enhance the metropolitan Detroit region. Strasser has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held roles such as Director of Human Resources at DMCVB and the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates, where a focus was placed on HR functions, compliance consulting, and strategic workforce development. Additional leadership experience includes participation in the Leadership Detroit program and a foundational role in creating the CUCare® HR Audit program. Strasser holds a Master of Science in Human Resources & Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
