Lance Fanger

Lance Fanger has an extensive work experience with various companies. Lance started their career in 2005 by founding and serving as the CEO of Healthsource Global Staffing, Inc. In 2016, they joined AMN Healthcare as the General Manager of HealthSource until 2018. Lance then worked as a Business Development Executive at Cenergy Solutions from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as an Executive Advisor at SnapNurse, an on-demand Nurse Booking Platform. Currently, Lance holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Visit Health, a role they started in October 2022.

Lance Fanger attended Utah State University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Lance'sdual major was in Business and Philosophy, with a minor in Spanish.
