Ileah Baier has over a decade of experience in the events and conventions industry, currently serving as the Associate Destination Experience Manager for Conventions at Visit Indy since January 2016, following a role as Services Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions as a Meeting Planner for The World Heart Games and a Sales Assistant at the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association. Ileah's career began with roles such as Technical Training Assistant at CEDIA and Sales Intern at ICVA, showcasing a strong foundation in sales and event planning. Ileah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a degree in Finance from the University of Iowa.
