Previous roles include Digital Communications Manager for the Milwaukee Wave and Director of Marketing at Mandel Group, Inc., where expertise in branding and marketing was applied to real estate. Ian's background encompasses community engagement as the Executive Director of Communications & Engagement for the Mequon-Thiensville School District and various marketing positions in organizations like Wimmer Communities and BSI. Educational qualifications include a degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
