Lisa Messina

Lisa Messina is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in sales and marketing leadership. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer for Visit Orlando since August 2024, Lisa has previously held significant roles including Chief Sales Officer at the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and Senior Vice President of Sales at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. Additionally, Lisa has been active on the International Board of Directors for Meeting Professionals International since 2019, contributing as a liaison for the Committee for Anti-Human Trafficking and serving on the Foundation's Global Board of Trustees. With a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, Lisa has also held various leadership positions at Hilton Worldwide, including Executive Director of Group Sales and area-level positions overseeing multimillion-dollar revenue goals. Prior roles include Chief Marketing Officer at ConferenceDirect and Director of Sales at Hyatt Capitol Hill.
