Stephanie Naegele

Stephanie Naegele has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Stephanie'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Sales & Services at Visit Orlando, where they provided strategic vision and leadership to drive business growth through sales initiatives and talent development. Prior to that, they worked at Marriott International as the Area Sales Leader for North & Central Florida and as the Area Director of Sales. Stephanie also served as the General Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott and as the Dual Director of Sales & Marketing at Homewood Suites by Hilton & Hampton Inn & Suites. Stephanie began their career as a Sales Manager at Hilton Garden Inn. Throughout their career, Stephanie has shown a sincere commitment to talent development and has successfully cultivated cohesive and positive sales teams.

Stephanie Naegele attended Valencia College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business. Stephanie then pursued their education at UCF College of Business from 1999 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
