Gregory L. Laduca

Gregory L. LaDuca currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Industry Relations & Visitor Experience at Visit Rochester, where responsibilities include membership sales and retention, overseeing the Visitor Industry Council, and hospitality training for member facilities. With previous roles in various reputable hotels, including Director of Sales at Double Tree by Hilton and Association Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency, Gregory has developed extensive expertise in convention services, corporate sales, and customer relationship management. Education was obtained from St. John Fisher University with a BA in Communications/Journalism. Noteworthy achievements include leading successful local events to enhance awareness of Visit Rochester and playing a vital role in increasing catering and banquet sales in past positions.
