John Reed

John Reed has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Supervisor at Visit Savannah since April 2010. Prior roles include Field Archaeologist at Terranext and Park Ranger for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. John Reed also has a solid background in inventory control and employment services from a tenure with the Georgia Department of Human Resources. Early career experience includes serving as a Specil Communications Petty Officer in the US Navy. John Reed holds a BA in Geography and Urban Studies/Criminal Justice from Temple University and an AS in Military Science from the University at Albany, alongside a diploma from Darlington School.
