Janice Larson

Janice Larson has extensive experience in clinical consulting and management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Board Member at VNA Health since October 2023, Larson has been retired from Encompass Group, LLC since 1999, where Janice held the position of Vice President, Clinical Resources and Consulting, leading teams to provide essential clinical support and education to healthcare facilities. Prior roles include Director of Cost Management Consulting at Cardinal Health, where Larson guided consulting efforts to reduce linen waste and enhance patient care, and various positions at Baxter Healthcare, including Cost Management Consultant and Program Manager, achieving significant documented cost savings for major healthcare systems. Larson holds a Certificate in Management from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History, English, Russian, and Film from the University of Iowa.
