Johanna Beliveau has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Johanna began their career as a Director of Hospice Services at Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut, Inc. from December 2002 to May 2005. Johanna then worked at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a Quality Specialist/Process Manager from 2006 to 2010.

In 2010, Johanna joined Dartmouth-Hitchcock where they took on various roles including Sr. Clinical Quality Specialist from August 2010 to November 2011, Director of Nursing Quality and Safety from November 2011 to April 2012, Administrative Director of Patient Care Services from April 2012 to November 2015, and finally Associate Chief Nursing Officer from November 2015 to December 2016.

From 2015 to 2016, they also worked as a Nurse Director Fellow at the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE). Following this, Johanna became the Director of Quality, Patient Safety, and Compliance at Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center from January 2017 to June 2018.

Currently, Johanna holds the position of President and CEO at the Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire (VNH) since June 2018.

Johanna Beliveau has a strong education background, with a focus on healthcare and business administration. Johanna pursued their Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Fitchburg State University between 1991 and 1995. Subsequently, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Rosemont College from 2008 to 2011. Johanna's educational journey culminated in obtaining a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, specializing in Healthcare Leadership, Systems and Policy, from Yale University from 2017 to 2020.
